This is a marketplace for things that have been reborn, pieces that carry a past life or begin entirely from imagination, with a new story stitched, painted, built, or shaped into every detail.
We accept:
- Upcycled, repurposed, and reimagined garments
- Hand-altered, hand-painted, or reconstructed pieces
- Original artwork: paintings, drawings, mixed media, and sculpture
- Handmade goods, wearable art, and creative objects
- Pottery, woodwork, jewelry, leatherwork, and other handcrafted items
- Patchwork, distressed, dyed, embroidered, or deconstructed designs
- One-of-one creations and small-batch handmade items
- Vintage pieces that have been creatively altered or refurbished
- Materials and supplies created for or by makers
This is for the creators: the makers, the artists, the menders, the rule-breakers, the ones who see potential in what others throw away and the ones who create something entirely new from nothing.
Not Allowed:
- Fast fashion resales
- Counterfeit items or stolen goods
- Unsafe or unsanitary items
Seller Requirements:
- Must be 18+ or have guardian consent
- Accurate identity and contact info required
- Strictly one account per seller
- The platform reserves the right to remove listings and suspend or remove sellers, with or without notice.
Commissions & Payments:
- Every creator operates under their individually allotted commission structure (5% founding-50, 7% next-150, 10% standard).
- All payments and payouts are processed by Stripe Connect on Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically T+2 business days after the charge clears, before any potential dispute or chargeback window closes).
- SCRAPD does not hold or release payouts manually. Once Stripe transfers funds to your connected account, payout timing follows your Stripe Connect schedule.
- Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and related processing fees are withdrawn from your future seller balance. Maintaining a positive balance via consistent listings is recommended to absorb any rare disputes without delay.
- For any order disputed within Stripe's standard 60-day window, the disputed amount (plus any Stripe dispute fee) will be clawed back from your seller balance pending the dispute outcome.
Shipping Responsibilities:
- Sellers are entirely responsible for shipping items and providing valid tracking information.
- All orders must be shipped within 5 days of the order date.
- The platform is not liable for any shipping delays, damages, or lost packages.
Returns & Refunds:
- All sales are final, unless the item is significantly not as described.
Dispute Process & Escalation:
- Buyers must message the seller directly through the platform.
- Buyers must describe the issue clearly, and photos of the item are required.
- The seller must respond within 48 hours of receiving the dispute message.
- If the seller resolves the issue successfully, the case is closed.
- If there is no response or an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is escalated to Platform Administration.
- Once escalated, Administration will review the case and a final decision will be made within 24 hours.
Seller Conduct & Community Standards:
- No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will be tolerated.
- Sellers must communicate honestly and transparently with buyers.
- No off-platform transactions are permitted. All sales must remain on the platform.
Intellectual Property:
- Sellers must confirm they hold the legal right to sell all listed items.
- Custom designs, upcycled creations, and artwork must not infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks.
Taxes & Income Reporting:
- Sellers are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes.
- Sellers are responsible for reporting their income to the relevant tax authorities.
- Where required by law, 1099 tax forms (or local equivalents) may be issued to sellers via Stripe.
Updates to Terms:
- The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform and seller services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To maintain the quality of our marketplace, all new profiles undergo a 72-hour review process before selling privileges are granted.
