Can I ask about the size or capacity before buying?
Yes. Check the description for dimensions first. These are independent makers, so you can also email hello@scrapd.app and we will ask the maker how big a bag is, what it holds, or how a hat or belt is sized.
Can I order a custom bag or accessory?
Often yes. Many accessory makers take custom requests because they work piece by piece. Email hello@scrapd.app and we will ask the maker about a custom size, color, or material.
Where does SCRAPD ship and who sends the order?
SCRAPD currently ships within the United States. The maker packs and dispatches your order themselves, so handling time depends on the individual storefront.
I make bags or accessories - how do I sell on SCRAPD?
Apply for a storefront and a real person reviews it, usually within 72 hours. Your work needs to be genuinely handmade by you, not resold factory goods.
