Are the products handmade or factory-produced?
Handmade by the maker. SCRAPD hand-reviews every storefront before it can list, and factory goods resold as craft are rejected. A listing here was blended, poured, or cut by hand in small batches.
What ingredients are used, and are they safe for sensitive skin?
Ingredients and scents are described in each listing. Because formulas vary by maker, check the listing for what went into a bar of soap or a body product - and message the maker directly if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
Why does each batch look or smell slightly different?
Because these products are blended and poured by hand in small batches. Small variations in color, swirl, and scent are normal for handmade goods and not a flaw.
Can I request a custom scent or a larger batch?
Often yes. Many self care makers take custom and bulk requests. Reach out through the storefront to ask about a custom scent, size, or quantity.
How are these products shipped?
SCRAPD currently ships within the United States, and makers pack their own orders. Bath and body goods are usually packed to protect them in transit - check the listing or ask the maker if you have concerns.
I make self care products - how do I open a storefront?
Apply and a real person reviews your storefront, usually within 72 hours. Your goods need to be genuinely handmade by you; SCRAPD does not allow resold factory bath and body products.
