Edit your profile

From your dashboard, open Settings. Update your bio, profile photo, social handles, and shop preferences.

Pause your store

If you need a break, you can pause your storefront from Settings. Buyers will see your storefront as on pause and cannot place new orders. Existing orders continue to fulfill normally.

Your commission tier stays locked while paused. Resume any time.

Reset your password

Sign out, then click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. We send a reset link to your email.

Delete your account

Open Settings and scroll to the Danger zone. Account deletion is permanent and removes your storefront, listings, and order history. We retain anonymized order data for tax and accounting purposes.
