The one-of-one promise

1. 1

Your payment is held, not handed over

You pay securely through Stripe. SCRAPD holds the maker’s payout until 10 days after your order is marked delivered, so there is time to report a problem.

2. 2

10 days to report a problem

Damaged or not as described? Email hello@scrapd.app with your order number and photos within 10 days of your order being marked delivered (automatically about 7 days after it ships, if not sooner). A person at SCRAPD reviews every report.

3. 3

   Tracked shipping within 5 days

Makers must ship within 5 days and add tracking.

4. 4

A real maker, checked by a person

@806jewelry’s shop was reviewed by a person at SCRAPD.
