Returns and disputes
How returns, refunds, and disputes work.
Default return policy
All sales are final. Every piece is one of one, so review the photos and description carefully before you buy. Individual creators may choose to offer more generous terms in their own profile or listing.
Dispute window
Buyers have 10 days from marking an order as received to report a problem. After 10 days the order is closed and the payout releases.
Dispute process
- Open your order and use the report a problem link, or email hello@scrapd.app.
- Describe the issue and include photos.
- SCRAPD reaches out to the creator on your behalf, and the creator has 48 hours to respond.
- If the creator resolves the issue, the case is closed.
- If no agreement is reached, SCRAPD admin reviews the dispute.
- Admin reviews and issues a final decision within 24 hours.
Stripe chargebacks
Buyers can also file a chargeback through their bank. Stripe’s chargeback window can extend up to 60 to 120 days. If a chargeback is filed and lost, the disputed amount is clawed back from your future seller balance.
