How shipping works on SCRAPD.
How shipping works
SCRAPD is a marketplace made up of independent creators. Each creator ships their own items. Shipping costs, timelines, and methods are set by the creator and shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
Each item may have a different timeline depending on the creator:
- Processing time - how long the creator takes to prepare your order
- Shipping time - how long the carrier takes to deliver it
You will see estimated timing before placing your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, the creator uploads a tracking number. You will receive:
- A tracking link (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier)
- A shipping confirmation by email
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated by the creator and may vary based on location, package size and weight, and the carrier used. All shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
International shipping and duties
Some creators ship internationally. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These are not included at checkout unless stated.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Because creators handle shipping directly, creators are responsible for getting your item shipped and providing tracking. Shipping carriers are responsible once the package is in transit. If something goes wrong, open your order and use the report a problem link, or email hello@scrapd.app. SCRAPD reviews every report and steps in to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SCRAPD and creators are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Multiple items, multiple shipments
If you order from multiple creators, items will ship separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
